Invest in Kytrix Travel
We’re building a small-group, Isle of Wight–based travel operator focused on Care, Comfort and Connection. This page explains how we think about funding, growth and the kind of partners we’d like to work with.
Backing a small, focused operator at the start of its journey
Kytrix Travel is being built as a small-group, family-friendly operator based on the Isle of Wight. The focus is day trips, airport and cruise transfers, and group travel for schools, clubs, workplaces and communities.
We’re currently in pre-launch, aiming for Spring 2026 subject to licensing, vehicles and funding. If you already have an interest in Kytrix Travel, this page is here to show what we’re building, how capital would be used and the type of relationship we’re looking for.
Important note
Nothing on this page is a financial promotion, crowdfunding offer or invitation to the general public to invest. It’s an overview for people who already have an interest in exploring a conversation.
Why Kytrix Travel, why now?
We’re not trying to build a faceless coach conglomerate. The aim is a well-run, reputation-led operator that makes group travel easier for Island families, schools, workplaces and community groups.
What investment would help fund
Exact numbers and structures depend on the mix of loans, equity and founder contribution, but the broad use of funds is simple: get safely on the road and through the early launch period.
First vehicle + launch-ready setup
Acquire and prepare the first small-group minibus, including livery, seating choices, comfort touches and accessibility-led decisions.
Licensing, safety and compliance
Operator licensing, training, documentation and systems that bake UK PSV expectations into day one operations.
Working capital for the launch period
Cover early operating costs while day trips, private hire and transfers scale to consistent utilisation and repeat demand.
Who this conversation is for
We’re looking for a small number of people who care about the mix of commercial reality and community benefit. This is not a get-rich-quick story.
How we think about risk, return and time horizons
Transport is operationally complex and capital intensive. The plan is to be honest about the risks, conservative with projections and clear about the path to sustainable profit.
Regulatory and operational risk
Licensing, maintenance, driver cover and compliance are non-negotiable. The plan is to build processes and external support in early, not bolt it on later.
Measured growth, not overreach
Capacity increases follow real numbers: bookings, margins, repeat customers and reliability metrics, not optimistic forecasts.
Clear updates and documentation
Backers should be able to see where we are versus plan. Expect regular updates with numbers, context and next steps.
Make a one-off supporter contribution. This isn’t an investment and doesn’t provide a financial return.
