Why We Started Kytrix Travel

Living on the Isle of Wight, we've watched families struggle with the same challenge for years: coordinating mainland trips around ferry schedules, finding reliable group transport, and dealing with surprise costs that turn exciting days out into stressful logistics puzzles.

The breaking point came during a family trip to Thorpe Park. Missing the ferry by minutes meant a two-hour wait with tired kids, followed by a frantic search for a taxi that could fit everyone and their luggage. We thought: there has to be a better way.

So we're building it. Kytrix Travel isn't just about minibuses—it's about removing the friction that stops Islander families from exploring. Every route we plan, every vehicle we choose, and every price we set answers one question: Does this make travel easier for Isle of Wight families?

We're local. We understand ferry timetables, traffic patterns, and the real needs of Island families. This isn't a corporate operation—it's neighbours helping neighbours travel better.
