1. Who we are

This website is operated by Kytrix Travel Limited (company number 16778869), a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is:

Kytrix Travel HQ

Building 41, Newport Road
Cowes, Isle of Wight, PO31 8BX
United Kingdom

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Kytrix Travel Limited. "You" means the person using this website.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover:

  • your use of this website at kytrixtravel.co.uk and related domains; and
  • early-access features such as the Insider Circle waitlist, feedback forms and route-voting tools.

They do not yet cover full booking conditions for paid day trips, transfers or private hire. Those will be set out in separate Booking Conditions & Conditions of Carriage before we accept bookings or payment.

3. By using this website, you accept these terms

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you:

  • are at least 13 years old; and
  • agree to comply with these terms and any additional terms referred to here.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

4. Other documents that may apply

These terms sit alongside our other key policies, including:

  • our Privacy Policy (how we use your data);
  • our Cookie & Tracking Policy (how we use cookies and analytics), once published; and
  • any product-specific terms we share when you book or pay for a trip, once live.

5. Website content and accuracy

This website is currently focused on pre-launch information. We'll do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but:

  • content is provided for general information only and may change;
  • sample routes, pricing indications and trip ideas are illustrative and not binding offers; and
  • we can't guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website without notice, especially while we're still building out the business.

6. Your responsibilities when using this site

You agree that you will not use this website or any tools on it to:

  • break any law or regulation;
  • send spam, scams or misleading information to us or other people;
  • attempt to hack, overload, damage or interfere with the website or any connected systems;
  • upload or transmit viruses, malicious code or anything similar; or
  • harass, abuse or harm others, including by submitting offensive or unlawful content through forms or surveys.

7. Accounts, waitlists and access

As we grow, we may introduce accounts or logins for certain features. For now, early-access features such as the Insider Circle operate via forms and email.

Where we do provide account access, you will be responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. If you think someone else has access, please let us know and change your password promptly.

8. Intellectual property and how you can use our content

Unless we say otherwise, we (or our licensors) own the intellectual property rights in this website and its content, including logos, text, imagery, branding and design.

You may:

  • view pages from the website in your browser and make a single copy for your personal, non-commercial use; and
  • share links to our pages on social media or via email, as long as you don't suggest we endorse you or your business without our permission.

You must not, without our prior written consent:

  • copy large parts of the site or reuse our content for your own commercial purposes;
  • remove notices, logos or branding from our materials; or
  • use our name or logo in a way that could confuse people about who is providing a service.

10. No guarantee of future services or availability

Because we are in pre-launch, nothing on this website should be taken as a guaranteed offer of transport or a promise that any specific route, price or date will go ahead.

All future trips, transfers and private hire will depend on the right licences, insurance, vehicle availability, sufficient demand and other operational factors. We'll be as transparent as we can as plans firm up.

11. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our responsibility to you where it would be unlawful to do so. For example, we do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, and because this website is primarily informational at this stage:

  • we are not responsible for loss or damage you suffer that could not reasonably have been foreseen when you started using the site;
  • we are not responsible for business losses (this site is intended for consumer use); and
  • we cannot promise that the website will be free from bugs or viruses, though we take reasonable steps to protect it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, especially as we move from pre-launch to taking bookings. We'll update the Last updated date at the top of this page when we do.

If changes are significant and you have an active relationship with us (for example, on the Insider Circle), we may also draw your attention to the changes by email or a notice on the website.

13. Which country's laws apply

These terms and any dispute or claim relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

14. How to contact us about these terms

If you have any questions about these terms or how they apply to you, please contact us:

  • via our contact page; or
  • by post to our registered office, marked "Website Terms".

We'll always try to explain things in plain English and work with you to resolve any concerns.
