Our cancellation approach, in plain English.

For our scheduled departures (e.g., theme parks, Christmas markets), the following notice periods apply:

• More than 14 days notice: Full refund (less any non-refundable deposits).
• 7–14 days notice: 50% refund (less any non-refundable deposits).
• Less than 7 days notice: Non-refundable.
• If we cancel a trip: You will receive a full refund or a transfer to another date of your choice.

For bespoke group bookings, airport runs, or cruise transfers:

• More than 21 days notice: Full refund (less any non-refundable deposits).
• 14–21 days notice: 50% refund (less any non-refundable deposits).
• Less than 14 days notice: Non-refundable.
• Partial changes: If you need to change times or pickup points, please contact us. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes without additional fees where possible.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness, local travel restrictions, or other unforeseen events, please contact us. We will review your case fairly and, where possible, offer a refund, credit, or rescheduling option.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation. All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
